You prepare, monitor and analyze forecasted budgets.
You are responsible for reporting and financial analysis: building performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring variances between forecasts and actuals.
You are responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights for management.
You are understanding the company's operational challenges and the Fashion environment to connect numbers with real world activity.
You are guiding strategic decisions through analysis, even without hierarchical authority.
You are anticipating risks and proposing solutions.
You are working with various departments (production, HR, marketing, sales, management).
your profile
You have a university degree with a focus on business administration.
You have professional experience in controlling, ideally in retail/FMCG.
You are proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage...), Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
You are able interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
You have ability to present results clearly (dashboards, oral presentations) and explain financial data to non-specialists.
You are adjusting quickly to fast-changing environments.
