IWS Trainer (m/f/d)

- Analyze training gaps on M&P Lines and initiate, plan, and deliver necessary training as per the training plan and enable your organization to deliver better results and unleash employees' potential by building capability
- Coach the site leadership team and DMS owners through pillar and DMS ownership and develop an understanding of the IWS strategy
- Ensure IWS tools and methodologies are used to drive all site result opportunities by using IWS tools such as Health Check and Step Audit and ensure all results are being sustained or improved per the site masterplan
- Manage, supervise and monitor the implementation of IWS pillars, liaising where appropriate with site teams, implementation reviews and audit success against expected IWS pillar delivery
- Arrange and manage 1:1 coaching sessions with all DMS owners to increase their knowledge and capability and supporting the step-up cards and perform self-assessments for all pillar owners
- University degree in Engineering
- Solid professional experience in a similar role focused on continuous improvement in an FMCG company
- Profound IWS knowledge
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, German is considered as a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel / Power BI) and ideally SAP experience
