CFO (m/f/d) Crypto - Zurich / Zug / Vienna / Vaduz

Lead and develop the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including MiCA.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders: auditors, regulators, financial institutions, and investors.
Design and optimize internal financial processes and controls for scalability and security.
Analyze financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including crypto treasury and asset management.
Provide strategic input on business model innovations.

Proven experience as head of finance / CFO in an established Blockchain company with international exposure.
Strong understanding of financial and regulatory environments in Switzerland, Austria, and/or Liechtenstein.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER.
Familiarity with crypto-specific financial operations (e.g., custody, staking, token accounting etc.).
Experience with international tax planning and transfer pricing is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, international mindset
