Being responsible for the Cost and Finance area for all solutions and improvements (balance sheet logic, cost profiles, etc.)
Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished within the cost and finance area of Avaloq
Researching business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the cost and finance solutions with business stakeholders
Communicating business stakeholder needs to the Avaloq development team by translating business requirements into Avaloq module requirements
Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager
Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals
Problems faced are difficult and often complex
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences or a university in the field of Computer Science/Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
Relevant Avaloq certification and experience
Resilient and flexible, as well as open to new ideas and approaches
A proactive and motivated team player with an independent, reliable work style and a strong focus on quality
An idea driver and view innovations as new opportunities
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is an advantage
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
