Providing friendly, professional, top-tier tech support to end users.
Overseeing day-to-day helpdesk operations and making sure calls are always covered.
Spotting and prioritising urgent issues-and making sure they get resolved fast.
Keeping an eye on the incident queue so nothing slips through the cracks.
Creating and sharing easy-to-follow technical documentation.
Finding smarter, faster ways to work-whether that’s streamlining processes or introducing automation.
Getting involved in IT projects at local, regional, and global levels.
Stepping in when needed-weekends, public holidays, or even from other locations.
Owning your projects from start to finish and making sure they deliver real value.
What You Bring
5+ years in enterprise-level environments (bonus points for financial services).
Eager to be the go-to IT contact for the whole office, handling everything from Infrastructure and Systems to Helpdesk and Support.
Sharp troubleshooting skills with a logical, step-by-step approach.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
