Take ownership of technical design and delivery of reliable, high-performing systems using modern technologies
Enhance and expand existing back-end services for digital platforms
Improve and refactor current codebases to strengthen maintainability and performance
Lead the transition to new frameworks, platforms, and language features while ensuring smooth adoption
Mentor engineers, share expertise, and foster a culture of technical excellence
Profile
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Confidence in collaborating with stakeholders across teams
A hands-on, accountable approach, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Several years of experience as a senior software engineer, with a strong focus on C#
Advanced skills in Microsoft SQL Server
Strong knowledge of .NET
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
