You play a key role as the interface between clients, the design office, and execution teams.Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage the client base, develop the market and territory
- Prepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations, from first contact to contract signing
- Coordinate with the technical office and prepare proposals with alternative structural solutions
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients and partners
- Collaborate with execution teams (follow-up and feedback)
- Network with engineers and contractors to promote and commercialize our product solutions
- Degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction sector
- Solid knowledge of post-tensioning techniques or specialist civil works is a strong asset
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage priorities and deliver projects on time
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and strong negotiation abilities
- Native Swiss German or German speaker; French is a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
