- Design sustainable SAP EAM solutions based on business needs
- Support implementation throughout the build phase in a BizDevOps team (onshore/offshore)
- Create key documentation in SAP Focused Build (e.g., collaboration diagrams, functional/config specs)
- Configure & customize EAM in S/4HANA environments
- Ensure seamless integration with FI, SCM, HR, and PS
- Lead solution testing, conduct reviews with customers, and drive automated end-to-end testing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams following agile methodologies
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM / EAM
- Profound knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes
- Strong background in Reliability Centric Maintenance (RCM) and Work Clearance Management (WCM)
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and MRO/SCM integration
- Deep S/4HANA configuration experience
- Solid integration skills across FI, SCM, HR, and PS
- Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C1+)
