This role focuses on supporting the development of innovative pharmaceutical products, including oligonucleotides, ASOs, siRNA, and radioligand therapies. You will play a key role in planning, performing, and documenting scientific experiments while collaborating with multifunctional project teams. - Plan, organize, perform, and document scientific experiments in collaboration with project teams.
- Provide raw data documentation, evaluate results, and propose input for designing subsequent experiments.
- Communicate and address challenges effectively, including conducting literature searches as needed.
- Contribute to the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and infrastructure.
- Ensure all activities align with the overall drug development process and adhere to HSE rules and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of parenteral product development, process development, and formulation development.
- Experience with NBE, oligonucleotide, or radioligand therapy development is preferred.
- Proficiency with laboratory tools such as lyophilization, spray drying, analytical equipment, and autoclaves.
- Familiarity with software and computer tools relevant to the role.
- Basic presentation and scientific/technical writing skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
