- Leading strategic partnerships, business development initiatives and high-level negotiations
- Driving the integration and recognition of Matchbox across the industry platforms, standards and products
- Collaborating with product-, marketing- and strategy teams to align market needs with innovation
- Providing expert insights on industry trends, competitor activities and growth opportunities
- Contributing to sales targets and revenue growth through industry partnerships
- University degree in business administration, aviation management, information systems or comparable qualification
- Proven track record in business development, industry relations or partner management in aviation industry
- Experience representing a company in international forums and standardization bodies
- Strong knowledge of passenger processing, regulatory compliance and airline-IT systems
- Knowledge of project management
- Further experience in sales, business development or stakeholder management is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an asset
- Extensive professional network in the aviation-IT- and ground handling industry, especially with DCS providers, IATA, SITA, kiosk manufacturers and related stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~20%), based on business needs
- Excellent networking, relationship-building and negotiation skills
