- Part of the international events team
- Preparation and coordination of international and local events/exhibitions (from the large international events over local boutique events to smaller exhibitions)
- Creation and execution of international event/exhibition guidelines
- Visualization of Exhibitions & Events Ideas/Concepts
- Follow up of local activations in the markets
- Creation of Event Materials (Save the date, Invitations, information Leaflets etc.)
- Inter-departmental coordination of projects
- Creation of customized and market specific event solutions
- Extented experience in the luxury events and exhibitions environment
- 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international luxury company or agency
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite and Design tools (Autocad, Adobe Creative, etc.)
- Manage to work in stressful situations
- Willingness to travel internationally and interact with the individual market
- Excellent English knowledge
