The position of Culinary Instructor includes providing training and instruction as well as holistic experience for students from all over the world.TasksThis position belongs to the group of lecturers and has the following tasks:● Planning, preparation and cooking of regional and national dishes forSchool staff, students and guests● Planning and implementation of parties and banquets● Theory and practical training of the students● Compliance with all mandatory HACCPWorking with students includes the following main areas:● Practical training content:o Learning the elementary basics in the kitchen (cutting, cooking, serving, serving)o Preparation and serving of dishes from various originso Mindfulness and implementation of hygiene standards● Theoretical training content:o Preparation methods according to the fruits, vegetables, fish and meatso Differentiation between different types of spiceso Appropriate use of the food according to its natureo Cooking and shelf life methods of foodIn addition to imparting theoretical and practical training content, the students' exams are held by the cookery teacher.RequirementsAt least 3 years of professional experience as a chef.
