- Act as an ambassador for all people tools, processes, structures, policies, and technology platforms (e.g., Workday, WeLink), as well as agenda areas such as promotion, talent reviews, hybrid working, learning and development, and DEI.
- Align HR practices with organizational priorities and needs, identifying and leveraging trends to drive improvements.
- Proactively identify problems and assess data needs, utilizing technology to derive data insights, prepare reports and presentations, and facilitate evidence-based decisions.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to leadership, providing ongoing support and guidance, and represent the employer effectively at all times.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to department heads and managers on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborating with leadership and Talent Acquisition to design resource planning needs for business teams
- Assisting leaders in understanding key resourcing planning processes, tools, roles, approvals, and responsibilities, while demonstrating self-sufficiency in navigating essential business processes such as Workday or internal approvals.
- Understanding the assigned business area, wider institutional priorities, culture, and goals.
- Leading and advising internal stakeholders on key employee planning processes and approvals, including notice periods, extensions, terminations, consultant agreements, external resources and other such matters
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.
- Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated capacity for facilitation and coaching

- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results in a complex, global environment.
