- Define and own the product strategy, and roadmap aligned with Technis’ vision.
- Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, turning insights into product opportunities.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver impactful products.
- Champion an action-oriented culture: foster experimentation, continuous learning, and rapid iteration.
- Represent the product function across the company, aligning executives and stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs.
- Act as a mentor and coach to product managers (current or future), fostering growth and building product excellence within the organization.
- Proven experience in product management, with at least 5+ years of progressive responsibility and 2+ years in a leadership role (Head of Product, Director of Product, or equivalent)
- Track record of shipping successful B2B or B2B2C products, ideally in data, IoT, SaaS, or analytics-driven environments.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute quickly and pragmatically
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders around a shared vision
- Experience working in (or with) startups; comfortable with ambiguity, resource constraints, and fast decision cycles
- Action-oriented mindset: bias for experimentation, iteration, and learning by doing
- Ability to make tough tradeoffs, create focus, and bring others on the journey through influence and storytelling.
