We from Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, based in Montreux.Responsibilities as a Store Manager:Leadership & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure training in product knowledge, service excellence & standards
Foster a positive, goal-oriented team culture
Sales & Client Experience
Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience
Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure brand loyalty
Act as a brand ambassador at all times
Collaborate with marketing & local partners (e.g., Burlington Arcade)
Operations
Oversee daily store operations, stock, visuals & reporting
Ensure compliance with all company policies
Maintain boutique environment to reflect luxury brand standards
Use data & client feedback to drive performance
Requirements as a Store Manager:
Proven experience in luxury retail management, ideally in a boutique
Strong leadership & communication skills
Deep understanding of luxury clients and market trends
Proficient in retail systems (sales & stock)
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
