Do you enjoy helping people and love challenges?To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to start as soon as possible.Key ResponsibilitiesWe, the Human Resources and Training Department, see ourselves as internal service providers and support all departments within our company. We look after up to 380 employees (depending on the season), including trainees, temporary staff, and interns. Our area of activity covers the entire spectrum of modern human resources management.
Personnel support in close cooperation with department heads
Complete personnel administration from hiring to termination
Support for up to four personnel departments
Preparatory payroll accounting
Applicant management and independent recruitment
Responsible for all trainees
Collaboration in HR projects, such as occupational health management, sustainability, and welfare campaigns
Implementation of employer branding strategies
Collaboration in forecasting and budget processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Successfully completed training in the hotel industry
Relevant additional qualifications (e.g., HR specialist, personnel officer, or similar) or a degree with a focus on human resources
Practical experience in human resources
In-depth knowledge of labor law and social security
Communication skills and organizational skills
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
Structured, independent, and autonomous working style
Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
