- Actively execute on Unit8’s GTM to the Swiss customers to win new customers and projects (quota carrying)
- Consult our existing and new clients on their challenges and needs related to Data & AI
- End to end responsibility for customer acquisition from lead generation to deal signature (you will be assigned yearly sales quota)
- Contribute to broader business development by preparing and participating in industry conferences, communities, workshops and events
- Help our customers leverage Data & AI (including GenAI) technology advancements by identifying the customers needs and translating them into value add solutions
- Strong track record of business development in IT consulting /services with at least 5-8 years of working experience in the domain
- Proven business development experience in enterprise consultative selling (3-5 years)
- Strong business development and consulting skills with experience in advising clients on data-based topics such as data, analytics, machine learning and cloud
- Self driven, can do attitude, fast learner, ready to face challenges as they arise
- Highly organised and independent
- The ideal candidate is fluent in English (mandatory) and German (mandatory). French is nice to have
- Great communicator, dynamic and motivated to represent Unit8 externally
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (mostly Switzerland and DACH region)
