- Develop, adapt, and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy.
- Own and manage a global social media content calendar across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Manage and optimize Phonak’s presence across social media channels, ensuring consistent tone and visual identity.
- Align social media communication with overall brand and product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, audiology, brand, PR) to ensure message alignment and campaign leverage.
- Support commercial marketing with tailored, on-brand content for product launches, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Create ad-hoc content (copy, visuals, video) for real-time events, campaign extensions, and ambassador storytelling.
- Support PR by developing content to amplify earned media and extend campaign reach.
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media metrics to optimize performance and inform strategies.
- Ensure adherence to global social media guidelines across all regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing brand social media channels.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hearing aid industry.
- Consumer- and customer-first mindset with strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- Passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to lead projects and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Native English speaker with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing/editing, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Acrobat), SAP, and social media tools like Hootsuite.
- Passion for digital marketing, health tech, and creating social value through content.
- Certifications in social media management, digital strategy, or related areas.
- Ability to train and influence across functions.
- Experience leading cross-regional initiatives.
- Additional language skills.
- Familiarity with graphic or video editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of KAIZEN, Hoshin Kanri, or similar continuous improvement concepts.
