Biologic Drug Substance – CMO ManagementIn this role, you will provide technical support for technology transfer and commercial operations, with a strong focus on biological drug substance manufacturing. The MS&T team stands for smooth transfer of processes between internal teams and external partners, driving operational excellence and compliance.What You’ll Do
Support commercial manufacturing performance during tech transfer projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve deviations, manage changes, and drive process optimization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain).
Build and maintain strong technical knowledge of upstream cell culture, purification, and process equipment.
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, or related field.
8+ years of GMP-regulated industry experience (or 5+ with a Master’s).
Strong knowledge of mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and process engineering.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and work independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.
Fluency in English; no additional languages required.
