Take responsibility and coordinate local as well as international projects and act as an advisor for our clients from various sectors on complex VAT issues
Manage accounts from A-Z with the support of (Senior) Consultants
Manage a VAT compliance portfolio including the review of VAT returns and turnover reconciliations as well as preparation of VAT audits by the Federal Tax Administration
Work together with direct tax colleagues and across service lines (e.g. Consulting, Audit and Assurance) regarding any VAT aspects
Acting as role model for more junior team members and help them grow within their career
Based in Geneva but ready to travel to Lausanne (or other places) depending on the team and client needs
Who we are looking for
You hold a Bachelor or Master in relevant field. Completion of the Swiss tax expert diploma (Steuerexperte) / MAS VAT / similar is a plus.
Minimum 4 years of experience in providing VAT consulting services to international clients or comparable industry experience
You are keen to learn and develop yourself and a team of juniors, like to challenge the status quo, are interested in the broader context of what you do and work independently, efficiently and solution oriented
You have a network in the Swiss market and are able to build client relationships.
You communicate fluently in French and English. Any further languages would be an advantage.
