You are able to quickly establish and develop trusting relationships with people of all hierarchies, create a friendly and trusting atmosphere for employees and behave as real team player.Your main tasks:Advise, coach and support managers and employees in an assigned area in all local Swiss HR topics and employment mattersAdministrative HR work from hiring to leaving; taking into account HR guidelines and policies (managing contractual agreements, salary, relocation matters, issuing reference and confirmation letters, general HR correspondence)General support and integration of new hires in their new working and cultural environmentSupport the annual recurring HR processes such as performance management and compensation reviewsInitiation of process improvements as well as local introduction and implementation of global processes and guidelinesOptimization of operational HR work through application of best practiceCollaborate with HR divisional colleagues, specialists and service centers in a matrix environmentSupport the HR Manager Switzerland in conceptual and project-oriented special tasksYour profile:Bachelor or higher commercial education with focus on Human Resources5 years of experience in an HR department, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and in an international business environment. Sound knowledge of Swiss labor lawAbility to work efficiently under pressure and towards deadlines without losing focus on accuracy and quality of work. Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneouslyFlexibility and positive approach to change; positive “can-do” attitudeStrong team playerStrong communication and persuasion skills as well as strong customer orientationVery strong intercultural competence and ability to work with people across different levels and areasFluent in English and German.
