Your responsibilities as an ERP Finance Project Manager will be the following :
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future processes
Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with functional/technical consultants and internal client/end-users
Support the new ERP to achieve the customer's business requirements
Facilitate the customer's decision-making process and develop the functional design documents that will drive the development process
Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the new ERP
Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for the organization
End-to-end management co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget
Ensure that the technical aspects of the project meets required standards for functionality, operability and documentation
Establish new processes
Change management to support teams through the transition

A university degree in Economics, Finance or Business Information Systems
You have at least 3 years' experience in project management in the implementation of ERP projects
Good understanding of financial end-to-end processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Settle and/or knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
Experience in translating business concepts into IT designs
You are enthusiastic, flexible and with a strong team spirit
Very good oral and written knowledge of French and English
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
