- Define and lead the DevSecOps Technology and Services line strategy
- Manage the technology evolution roadmap by considering the need for new features/capabilities, the requirements of the product teams, the technology life cycle, and security and operations requirements.
- Ensure understanding of the Enterprise Architecture organization
- Lead the implementation of the technologies and evolution as per the roadmap
- Lead the definition and promotion of DevSecOps related standards for the usage of the Product teams
- Raise the adoption of DevSecOps within the IT organization / Work as a DevSecOps advocate and subject matter expert to promote and educate the DevSecOps way across the organization
- Measure the success/adoption of the DevSecOps way through the definition and monitoring of metrics
- Support the related Product teams as relevant to gain the expected level of autonomy
- Promote innovation mindset and technology / market / trend watch and peer connections
- Manage the central pool of CI/CD engineers and inspire them to achieve their objectives
- Ensure upskilling and development of the team
- Manage all HR processes (Recruitment, Salary Reviews, Objectives)
- Ensure security rules implementation as per applicable policies
- Ensure the definition and implementation of the security standards related to the DevSecOps technology scope
- Master's Degree or equivalent in the field of Computer Science, information systems or related fields
- 10+ years working in IT environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team of technology engineers or as a product or project manager assigned to technical implementations within an international organization
- Hands-on experience of minimum 3 years in deploying and using DevSecOps technologies
- Knowledge of IT technologies supporting the DevSecOps practice
- Experience with Git/GitLab, Kubernetes, Jira
- Knowledge of at least two scripting and programming languages
- Partners management and change management skills
- Product or Project Managements skills
- Fluent in English
