- Contribute to development and execution of three years sales strategy
- Develop and maintain the Key Account Plan
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase revenue
- Generate opportunities for innovation and customer collaboration
- Deliver input on market dynamics, trends, competitor intelligence and voice of customers
- Introduce new products and services to the market
- Collaborate with a Key Account network to optimize account strategy and customer experience
- Take a Lead during negotiations of T&C, Agreements, NDA with customers
- Own profitable growth by protecting price and building value-priced proposals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product management teams on campaigns
- Support Customer Communications for Customer complaints / issues
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or comparable
- Minimum 5 years experience in a customer facing role, within industrial sector
- Experience in multinational organisation, with matrix structure
- High degree of independence and pragmatism
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Proven experience in building up long term relations with the clients
- Business applications user, CRM, ERP and MS Office tools
- Business Fluent English and German language skills in both, written and spoken
- Traveling up to 30%
