For one of our clients, a private bank based in Lausanne, we are looking for an :ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERJob description - Provide daily support to Relationship Managers in their client-related activities (correspondence, meeting coordination, documentation).
- Manage client administrative tasks, including account opening procedures, CRM updates, and handling of client inquiries and requests.
- Assist in the preparation of client invitations and related communication materials.
- Prepare all documentation required for client visits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor client portfolios and execute client instructions, ensuring proper documentation in the CRM tool.
- Proactively support Relationship Managers in meeting defined key risk indicators in line with the agreed risk profile.
- Act as deputy for other assistants and handle selected RM responsibilities during absences.
- Coordinate client events in collaboration with the Events & Market Management team.
Required profile - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within private banking or wealth management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Fluent in french, and either English or German.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting a team-oriented environment.
- Strong client service orientation and high level of discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
