  • Act as key point of contact to provide end to end HR account services to business units aligning people and business strategies to fulfill business goals for EMEA market
  • Work closely with stakeholders on whole employee journey formulating people development plans, monitoring talent pipeline, performance management, and organizational development
  • Review HR policies, and procedures and provide relevant HR advice to line managers
  • Provide advice and review on employer branding, staff retention strategies, and HR best practice
  • Identify process enhancement opportunities and provide suggestions on HR improvement plans
  • Prepare and compile manpower management report
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimal 5 years of HR business partner experience from sizable organization in FMCG, trading or any fast moving tye of environment ideally with EMEA exposure
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French is a plus
  • Proactive, agile, independent, able to work under uncertainty and fast changing environment; Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with minimal supervision
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
