  • Take full P&L responsibility and deliver measurable, sustainable financial success.
  • Build and execute a market-facing growth strategy focused on Suisse sales acceleration, margin expansion, and product portfolio relevance.
  • Identify and capture new revenue opportunities while deepening relationships with strategic partners and key accounts.
  • Actively lead commercial negotiations and represent sensortec toward customers, partners and the broader market when needed.
  • Leverage Bemsiq’s Building Automation portfolio to create integrated customer solutions to expand value and strengthen market position.
  • Foster group-wide collaboration to meet evolving customer needs through a unified approach.
Strategic Execution
  • Align the business around clear, prioritized objectives—backed by actionable KPIs and intermediate milestones.
  • Collaborate with the Bemsiq Group’s leadership team and local management to deliver on long-term growth targets.
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring systems and processes are in place to support fast, high-quality decision-making.
First-Year Success Will Be Measured By:
  • Immediate Commercial Impact: Clear progress on top-line growth, pipeline expansion, and market share.
  • Deep Business Insight: Rapid understanding of sensortec’s commercial model, customers, and industry drivers.
  • Team Alignment: Strong relationships with key leaders across the business and within the Bemsiq Group.
  • Cultural Integration: Embodying and reinforcing a performance-driven, customer-centric culture, in line with Bemsiq core values.
Who You Are
  • A commercial change-maker with a strong track record of scaling businesses in B2B technology or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience in delivering revenue growth and leading commercial transformation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hands-on” leadership style—focused on speed, clarity, and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in agile environments with global scope and complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Aligned with Bemsiq’s culture of sustainable growth, innovation, collaboration and quality.
