- Develop and execute a people strategy that facilitates and supports our growth
- Organizational Development & Culture:
- Help us create a strong culture and improve the organizational design as we scale
- Act as a Senior HR Business partner: you will work closely with the Leadership team to help align the organization's people strategy with their business strategy
- Scope, develop and lead implementation of grape’s Diversity & Inclusion Strategy
- People Experience:
- Making sure we have a best in class employee experience. You will be able to build the people team and from the start will be our first point of contact for our employees.
- Able to implement initiatives on onboarding and offboarding, learning & development, total rewards and on performance management. There is a lot to take on and you will be able to make an impact as we go
- Work together with stakeholders to ensure our contracts are fit for purpose, our policies and processes are fair
- Work on our Total Rewards Framework and ensure we review and strengthen our benefits offering
- Talent Management:
- Leading our recruitment efforts, implementing strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team
- Develop workforce and succession planning processes
- People Development:
- Build a culture of performance across the organization
- Collaborate with the leadership team on developing plans for individual learning and training that will enhance employee growth and development
- Create leadership development framework to drive development of managers, leadership capability and embed a coaching culture
- Participate in advising leadership and employees to ensure resolution of employment related matters
- Workplace Operations:
- oversee the workplace management (we have an office in Zurich and Basel), safety & security to ensure our grape employees are provided with a healthy and inspirational working environment
- Build, coach and manage our People & Culture team
- Results-driven leader who has passion for people, their growth and development
- Minimum of 8+ years of previous experience in a relevant role required (within the start-up/scale-up environment) and 3+ years of managing a team of professionals
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and support
- Excellent HR Business partner: Ability to act as a business partner to our leaders
- Experience managing a full HR cycle and recruitment process. HR Expert on HR practices and legislation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator, fluent in English
- You speak German, French or Italian
- Remote-friendly setup, you can work from home or the office. However, we love spending time together in our beautiful office in Hardbrücke, Zürich.
