Job Description:The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project delivery after the contract is signed. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth planning, budget management, and on-time project completion, all while maintaining strong communication with the customer.Missions· Project Tracking: Maintain clear and regular communication with the customer to provide updates on the project's advancement.· Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the customer and the production team· Planning (production phase, installation and transportation) & Budget Tracking· Installation preparing & Maintenance Contract : Liaise with the different actors around construction work then finalize and close the maintenance contract with the customer· Team Briefing & Debriefing : with technical sales, maintenance team and client· Project Documentation: Document the entire project, from planning through to final installation, including any challenges or changes.· After Action Review: Perform a detailed after-action review to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and apply lessons learned for future projects.· Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from the customer regarding the installation process, overall experience, and final product.· Project Close-Out: Ensure the project is successfully closed out with all necessary documentation, maintenance contracts, warranty & conformity certificates, organize training and feedback collected.· Off-site After sales support: take concerns and issues from customers, organise with field service on-site support and maintenanceProfil du candidatQualifications:· Proven experience in project management, customer success, or a similar role within the construction or technical industry.· Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and keep teams informed.· Excellent organizational skills & budget management experience· Experience in coordinating between technical teams and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.· Problem-solving skills, anticipate potential challenges and address them proactively.· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.· Languages: French and English, more languages is a plusHave we piqued your interest?Then apply online as a Customer Success Manager (f/m/x) by quoting reference number 60140-0013256566.Robert Half GmbH processes applicant data that is necessary to carry out the application process.
