We are seeking a Senior Manager Logistics Operations Group to drive operational efficiency initiatives. Mainly focusing to develop strategies and initiatives to reduce cost, optimize asset efficiencies, capture and deploy best practice.What You'll Be Doing
Act as the global owner of Group Logistics within the Carlsberg Excellence framework, driving efficiency across markets and regions.
Define and continuously update Logistics operational standards, processes, manuals, KPIs/KAI, and tool requirements.
Partner with the ISC Academy to design training curricula and learning journeys, building capabilities that enable more efficient logistics operations.
Build and lead a strong community of practice to deploy best practices and ensure consistent, high-quality Logistics outcomes across all markets.
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives across logistics processes, asset utilization, and operating models, delivering tangible business value through improved service, inventory, and cost performance.
Embed a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across the logistics community.
What we're looking for
Proven expertise in logistics and supply chain operations, with a strong track record in cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, digital transformation, and leading change across Supply Chain.
5-8 years of experience in a supply chain environment, ideally in FMCG, with demonstrated ability to manage change, deliver continuous improvement, and control budgets in a results-driven setting.
Ability to foster positive energy, empower teams, and develop people to reach their full potential.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent
Languages:
Fluent English (spoken and written)
