It is a full-time, 12-month temporary role starting in October 2025, ideal for applying school or university knowledge in a practical setting. You'll gain professional experience, develop your skills with an experienced HR team, and may also support projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required for independent and effective work.Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Provide support for all eFiling matters, including electronic personnel files
  • Assist in the execution of the Service Anniversary process
  • Perform administrative tasks related to hirings and onboarding
  • Support the administration of employee lifecycle events (e.g., marriage, birth)
  • Prepare (interim) reference letters
  • Contribute to HR Services tasks pertaining to Learning & Development, such as offering support for the Learning Management System (LMS) for HR-led training programs and rollouts
  • Support monthly onboarding sessions for new employees, including assignment of training modules in the LMS, communication with participants, and necessary follow-ups
  • Oversee and monitor employees’ Individual Introduction Plans (IIP), track completion of mandatory training, and ensure final documentation is stored in the employee eFiling system
  • Participating in project-related assignments as required
  • Assist the team and direct manager with document, file, or workflow creation
  • Undertake additional tasks as outlined in the HR Shared Services agenda or priority list
Requirements neededEducation
  • Completion of an apprenticeship in human resources with initial professional experience
  • Current university student in business administration, business psychology, human resources, or a related field, seeking practical experience during a break
Experience
  • 1–2 years professional experience
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
  • Strong Microsoft O365 skills
  • AI skills preferred
