Act as the main point of contact for end users regarding IT-related issues and requests
Provide onsite support for hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and various business applications
Support user account management in Active Directory and Exchange
Assist with meeting and conference room support when required
Contribute to documentation and the internal knowledge base
Collaborate with remote teams and escalate issues when necessary
Assist with setup and relocation of workstations and devices
Ensure compliance with customer-specific procedures, especially in a regulated/pharmaceutical environment
Maintain clear communication with users about ticket progress and resolutions
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in onsite IT support or a similar role
Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is a strong advantage
Very good German and English skills
Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of:
Windows operating systems (Windows 7 & 10)
Microsoft Office and Office 365
PC/laptop hardware and peripherals (including printers)
Mobile devices (iOS/Android)
Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Active Directory and Exchange (basic knowledge)
ITIL certification is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and structured working style
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure - high stress tolerance is essential due to the challenging nature of this position
Friendly, flexible, and fast learner
Strong team player with good planning and organizational abilities
A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required
