
Global Marketing Operations Director

- Develop, implement, and oversee global go-to-market, operational marketing strategies in collaboration with the global and local marketing and sales teams, in line with the business objectives.
- Support BU teams in executing within a unified global framework while adapting to market-specific realities.
- Oversee the translation of strategic brand guidelines into actionable, regional & local marketing plans, ensuring brand consistency.
- Accountable for: Commercial brief and toolkit alignment, toolkit adoption at BU/local level, global brand & campaigns roadmap adherence.
- Act as a key liaison between global headquarters and business units to align trade marketing actions.
- Oversee functionally (dotted line reporting) the Marketing leads of our business units.
- Foster strong collaboration with sales, marketing, RGM and digital teams (global and local) to ensure alignment on cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Drive process and operational excellence by ensuring marketing teams adhere to global frameworks, timelines, and playbooks for campaign execution.
- Develop tailored trade marketing plans and approaches for the different distribution channels, in collaboration with global and local teams.
- Identify and oversee innovative marketing techniques to enhance brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Ensure coherence and impact of campaigns to build a strong and consistent brand.
- Establish joint key performance indicators and regular reporting to track and measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
- Enable 2-way feedback loops to optimize global-to-local marketing activations.
- years of progressive marketing experience
- Mandatory experience in both marketing global roles and in local /regional roles, executing marketing strategies across diverse geographies and distribution channels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team management & leadership capabilities with ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships in an international context
- Fluent in English, French is a strong asset
