Finance Director 100%

• Ensure Finance department is well aligned and set-up to follow company’s strategy
• Ensure close collaboration and good communication between Finance department and all other departments as well as external partners (subsidiaries, boutiques, other)
• Manage a team of 3 people in the Finance team

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual and quarterly financial statements for HQ and all boutique entities, ensuring full compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines
• Develop and execute a comprehensive finance strategy for HQ, supporting the company’s long-term growth and profitability goals
• Drive financial controlling and performance analysis across HQ and boutiques, delivering actionable insights to management and continuously improving financial transparency
• Act as a strategic partner to boutique and subsidiary leaders, providing both operational and financial guidance beyond traditional controlling functions
• Define, implement, and optimize finance-related processes and internal controls, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with group objectives
• Manage currency exposure and hedging strategies, safeguarding profitability and minimizing financial risk across international operations
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning, aligning financial planning with the dynamic needs of a growing, multi-location business
• Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions while supporting senior leadership, owning the full finance agenda end-to-end

• Relevant experience (5 years) in a similar position in the watch industry
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution
• Proven expertise in multi-entity financial reporting, currency risk management, and the implementation of efficient, compliant finance processes across international operations
• Ability to evaluate the needs of the company
• Willingness to work within a growing company with a “builder” mindset
• Excellent communication skills and talent for partner relations and problem-solving skills
• Open and dynamic personality, showing initiative and flexibility
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, very good knowledge of French
