- Keep the place running smoothly – from stock and planning to team schedules and guest satisfaction.
- Solve problems quickly and keep things moving, even when it’s busy.
- Track and boost our online reviews — you love seeing 5 stars pop up and are determined to keep our current 4.8 rating on 1,300+ reviews.
- At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality.
- Team leadership experience — you know how to get the best out of people.
- Strong English skills, German is a big advantage.
- Good with responsibility — you enjoy making decisions.
- Positive, organized, flexible, and solution-focused.
