As a Data & AI Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.Who You AreYou’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Experience:3-5 years of AI and Data consulting experience, or other relevant experience in AI & Analytics domain, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationshipsCollaborate with customers and account partners to identify new AI opportunities, and build proposals and pitch materials to position Kyndryl as a trusted partner for AI & Data transformationOrganize and lead educational and ideation AI and Generative AI workshops for customersUnderstand customer's needs and assess their AI maturityEvaluate and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, tools and platformsLead AI feasibility studies and PoC projects to demonstrate the value and viability of AI solutionsCollaborate with AI architects and engineers to design and develop AI and Generative AI solutions tailored to the client's requirementsLead integration and deployment of AI solutions into customers’ existing infrastructureStay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies, trends and best practices and develop thought leadership and PoV on AIWork with cross-functional teams and partners to develop/ enhance and package AI offerings and assets for customer-facing discussionsIn-depth understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques (such as generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), etc.)Good knowledge of AI frameworks, tools, and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorchExperience working with customers in different industries and understanding their specific challenges and requirementsExcellent spoken and written German and English language skillsPreferred Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related fieldSkilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solvingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team membersComfortable working with statisticsAdvanced skills in PowerPoint and ExcelStrong Business acumen and understanding of industry trends and challenges in AI and Generative AIStrong leadership skills and proactive and self-driven attitudeAdvanced communication and storytelling skillsHighly adaptable and flexible through shifting prioritiesBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
