  • Support the global digitalization and automation implementation demands for power transformers business.
  • Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our power transformer factories through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics.
  • Provide expert support to our factories for implementation, training, and process improvement activities.
  • Conduct factory assessments and drive the implementation of appropriate digitalization / automation solutions.
  • Develop standard requirements for digital / automation manufacturing solutions.
  • Develop and update documentations training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the transformer factories.
  • Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and to introduce new systems in a systematic manner.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background:
  • Experience in manufacturing automation / digitalization.
  • Skills in areas such as manufacturing digitalization, automation and process analysis.
  • Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes.
  • Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education.
  • International experience, working with different countries and cultures.
  • Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills.
  • University degree.
