- Defining and achieving sales targets, establishing metrics, and monitoring performance across the region. In addition to that, facilitating early market engagement: identifying opportunities, developing plans, and conducting contract negotiations with customers.
- Collecting customer feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction and translating insights into portfolio and business improvement actions. Furthermore, anticipating performance shortfalls and implementing corrective actions.
- Aligning and coaching internal and external sales and project organizations across Europe (and jointly with global regions). Developing and implementing efficient sales processes, tools, and team development programs to build a well-functioning organization.
- Managing pricing strategy with Product Management, supporting sales organizations on sales volume, mix targets, and profitability. Also, identifying and managing financial, contractual, and operational risks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Minimum of 15 years’ international sales or business management experience, with extensive leadership experience in the Power Generation Industry (Sales, Operation, Service).
- Skilled in navigating international markets by forging lasting strategic relationships in energy and power generation. Ability to guide markets and customers toward solutions that align with both client expectations and company objectives.
- Solid technical background enabling development of tailored, integrated solutions for clients.
- Experience with system projects including solution supply, erection, installation, and mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated capability in defining and executing sales strategies, annual planning, and pipeline development.
- Experience monitoring financial risk and ensuring robust mitigation strategies across diverse customer portfolios.
- Ability to build, mentor, and lead effective, customer-focused sales teams.
