Function: Global Operations – SIOP Advanced AnalyticsRole PurposeThe SIOP Decision Support & Training Lead plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making within the SIOP process. This role is responsible for decision support analytics during monthly S&OP cycles, ensuring trade-offs between demand, supply, EBIT, and cash are clearly understood and acted upon. Additionally, this leader drives training and adoption at scale for new SIOP tools, analytics platforms, and advanced planning capabilities across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesDecision Support for S&OP
- Lead analytical preparation for monthly S&OP meetings, providing insights on demand/supply balancing, inventory, and financial trade-offs.
- Develop and maintain decision-support dashboards and scenario models to evaluate options under demand volatility, supply constraints, and cost/service implications.
- Partner with Finance and Regional SIOP teams to quantify EBIT and cash impacts of planning decisions.
- Design and deliver training programs for regional and functional teams on new SIOP tools, analytics platforms, and decision-support methodologies.
- Drive adoption at scale of advanced analytics capabilities, ensuring consistent usage across regions and business units.
- Standardize decision-support processes and templates for S&OP across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with the SIOP AI Lead and Data Science team to integrate advanced forecasting and scenario modelling into decision-support tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional SIOP leaders, Finance, and Operations teams on trade-off decisions.
- Partner with IT/Digital teams to ensure seamless integration of decision-support tools into planning systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 8–10+ years in SIOP/S&OP, supply chain analytics, or decision-support roles, with experience in training and capability building.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with planning platforms (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis) and scenario modelling.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to influence and train cross-functional teams globally.
- Communication: Excellent facilitation and executive presentation skills.
- Language: English required; additional languages a plus.
- Travel: 10–15% globally.
