Develop 3rd party Export Sales for Cailler Brand while managing existing business
Manage existing Industry sales business and gain further growth opportunities
Efficient Management of internal Process and recurring supply considering existing capabilities, capacities
Develop accretive Private Label business ex Broc factory
Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
Maintaining recognized leadership within the industry
Fostering strong internal collaboration for seamless teamwork and synergy
What will make you successful
Experience in exporting FMCG items in Europe, Americas, and/or Asia
Ideally with experience in the chocolate industry (e.g. sales marketing, sales, or manufacturing)
Successful management of 3rd party customers either as Key Account Manager (KAM) or in managing agents and distributors
Cross-functional project management skills
Proven resourcefulness, adaptability, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English, with German and French as a plus
