Daily mise en place
Preparation and cooking of dishes assigned to your station
Adherence to quality standards in the kitchen area
Adherence to specified recipes
Joint responsibility for proper food storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Completed training as a chef and initial professional experience in a high-end 5-star restaurant
Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
Structured and organised approach to work
Keen interest in team-oriented work
Very good German and English language skills
