- Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen
- Compliance with, development and co-design of recipes
- Shared responsibility for proper food storage in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Completed training as a chef and professional experience in an upscale 5-star gastronomic establishment
- First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
- Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
- Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Very good knowledge of German and English
